Many of us, the alumni/ae of Pampanga High School/Jose Abad Santos High School, share and nourish in our hearts the best intentions of helping our Alma Mater in whatever way we can. The task seems daunting, but the desire, deep within us, to bequeath a legacy of a premier institution of learning to the future generations of young Capampangangs will inspire us to bring great ideas into accomplishments. “When one person dreams, it remains a dream, but when two or three or more persons share the dream, then it is the beginning of a new reality. “SETEM” (Servicio Tercio Mundo) The fulfillment has begun… Our beloved Alma Mater awaits you…
A Brief History of Pampanga High School
Humble Beginnings, Enduring Legacy: The Birth of PHS in 1902
In 1902, Pampanga High School (PHS) had its early beginnings at the Buison Building in San Fernando downtown and the building is now known as Pampanga Hotel and Restaurant, a lodging and dining facility.
The Move That Shaped Generations
In 1908, the unprecedented increase in enrolment necessitated the transfer of PHS to a bigger concrete building located near the Provincial Capitol in Barrio Santo Nino. Its historical main structure is more known as the Gabaldon Building, named after Isauro Gabaldon, the Nueva Ecija Assemblyman who sponsored the Gabaldon Act of 1801.
Mission
To unite alumni of PHS and JASHS, promote camaraderie and pride, and support meaningful programs for our school and students.

To become a dynamic alumni federation that preserves our legacy while creating sustainable, inclusive, and impactful support for Pampanga High School and its community.
